ARC Spray

The principle of gas-solvent spraying is a construction method of forming a film on a sprayed body by melting and spraying metal and alloy wires using a mixture gas flame (about 3000°C) of fuel gas and oxygen such as Acetylene and Propane as a heating source.
Depending on the fusion heat source, there are methods using Flame, Electric Arc, and Plasma.
  • Features

    ▪ There is no thermal deformation of the object to be sprayed as it is sprayed in a low temperature (120-150°C) atmosphere.

    ▪ The oilless bearing effect is shown since the film is finely porous

    ▪ The adhesion strength varies slightly depending on the thermal
spraying material, but most of Compressed Air them have a tensile
    strength of 250~450kgf/㎠

    ▪ Excellent abrasion resistance as hard materials are uniformly
    distributed in the film

    ▪ All materials can be sprayed if it is alloy or metal which can be wired

    ▪ Since the wire is melted and sprayed under high temperature, the
binding force to the substrate is high, and it can be used even under
    heavy load conditions.
